   Proposal Description:
   The goal of the proposed research is to determine whether older adults with       subjective cognitive decline (SCD) show motor disturbances akin to those          identified very early in the course of mild cognitive impairment (MCI).           Specifically, in a sizable cohort of older adults, we expect that the             participant group with SCD will have very subtle but significant gait changes     at baseline and over the period of follow-up compared to the group without SCD.   Results will help to characterize both the objective clinical changes that        occur in cognitively normal older adults with SCD and the relevance of early      motor changes in the clinical development of Alzheimer disease.
